Leah Hall

Leah Hall is a junior undergraduate at the University of California, Davis, majoring in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology. She has a deep passion for understanding animal behavior, with current research interests focusing on social behaviors such as mating systems and parental care. As an undergraduate lab intern, Leah has contributed to research on sturgeon, Chinook salmon, and various frog species. She is also an advocate for science communication through her role as Social Media Coordinator for the science comic Squidtoons, where she works to make scientific research accessible and inclusive. Aspiring to become a zoologist and contribute to the field of conservation, Leah is dedicated to advancing knowledge in wildlife behavior and ecology while inspiring others to connect with the natural world.
